Do I need a gym membership or fancy equipment?

Nope. I build your program around the equipment you actually have. Home gym, commercial gym, hotel room with a dumbbell and a chair — I work with what's real for you.

What if I've never lifted weights before?

Perfect place to start. Every exercise in your plan comes with video demos, and we progress at a pace that builds confidence, not injuries. No prior experience required.

How much time does this take per week?

Most clients work out 3–4 times a week, 30–60 minutes per session. We build the plan around your real schedule, not a fantasy one.

Is there a commitment? Can I cancel?

The Monthly package is flexible month-to-month. The 4-Month program is a 4-month commitment because that's genuinely where habits stick. 6+ Months is for women ready to go long.

How does Trainerize work?

Trainerize is a free app where your custom workouts, macros, and nutrition plan all live. You log your workouts, I see your progress, we adjust. It keeps everything in one place so your coaching doesn't get lost in DMs.

How fast will I hear back when I text you?

Usually within a few hours during the day, always within 24. I'm a real person with a day job, but you're never waiting days to hear back.

Do you help with nutrition even if I hate "dieting"?

Especially if you hate dieting. My whole approach is about building a sustainable relationship with food — not cutting out food groups, not counting every calorie, not punishing yourself. Just a grounded structure that works.

What if I'm working on my relationship with alcohol?

I work with a lot of women on sober-curious journeys. Whether you're taking a break, questioning, or stepping away entirely, this is a judgment-free space to build a life and body that feel like yours.
