about
Hi, I'm Bree.
I’m a Veterinary Nurse by day who loves helping animals, and over the last three years I’ve become just as passionate about helping people.
my story
For most of my life, I didn’t really know my own body. I tried every fad diet, chased every new trend, and got nowhere. I stopped looking for answers because I figured this was just how it was supposed to feel.
Then I finally got real help. And everything changed. I transformed, physically and mentally, and I found a version of myself I didn’t know was in there. A stronger one. A happier one.
I recently got certified as a women’s specialist coach through Girls Gone Strong, with my personal training certification in progress. I work with busy women, moms, women in their 30s and 40s, pre and post menopause, and women on their sober curious journeys. Real women with real lives.
“I just want to help people feel happy. I want women feeling confident in themselves, and I want you to be the one who decides what that looks like.”
real life, not a highlight reel
Full-time mom. Full-time nurse. Full-time your-coach.
I’m a mom of two and a full-time veterinary nurse. I’m not coaching from a mountain retreat. I’m coaching from real life — the one where Sunday meal prep sometimes doesn’t happen, and the gym is open before the girls wake up, or it isn’t happening at all.
Every program I build is tested against the kind of week I’m actually living. Short on time. Short on sleep. Big on figuring it out anyway. If that sounds like you, we’re going to get along.
the work behind the work
Certified. Continuing. Real.
Not flashy, just grounded. Here’s what backs up the coaching.
Girls Gone Strong
Certified Women’s Specialist Coach. Evidence-based programming designed specifically for the female body across every life stage.
Personal Training
Certification in progress. Because standing still isn’t a strategy, and I’d rather keep learning than pretend I know everything.
Veterinary Nurse
Full-time nurse, full-time coach. It’s not a flex — it’s why I actually understand what “I don’t have time” really means.
what we focus on
Strength, nutrition, accountability, and the mental stuff that actually matters.
Strength
Custom programming that builds capacity for your real life — work, family, and the rest.
Nutrition
Personalized macros and a real eating plan, not another rulebook to fail at.
Accountability
Weekly check-ins and direct text/call access. You're not figuring it out alone.
Mental Health
Movement and food that support how you actually feel, not just how you look.
